Andrew Miller is Jones’ staff photographer. Miller’s Signature Series is a quiver of his favorite boards in the Jones line featuring his snow photos as the topsheet graphics. This limited edition series includes the Freecarver 9000s, Stratos and Storm Chaser. The materials, construction and flex of Miller’s Signature Series boards is the same as the standard board models.

The Freecarver 9000s is a directional board designed to help you carve the biggest, fastest, turns of your life. Its shape blends design elements from race, boardercross and freeride boards and features a super long effective edge + full camber profile for max carving power. What makes the Freecarver 9000s unique is its long 9 meter sidecut radius thats ideal for ripping huge turns at speed.

TECH:

• 3D Contour Base 2.0
  Freeride focused 3D-base contours featuring an even balance of 4mm of spoon bevel in the nose and 4mm of spoon bevel in the tail. Spoon bevel starts at the rocker point.
  

• Traction Tech 3.0
  Traction Tech 3.0 features three bumps per edge (front binding, board center, back binding). The middle bump is slightly bigger than the outside bumps for better grip.
  

• Tapered Shape, 9mm
  The tapered shape sinks the tail in pow for better float and quicker turns.

• True Camber
  A traditional full camber profile that offers the insane edge response of camber without the usual hang-ups. The camber radius tapers into the beveled 3D Contour Base at the tips which releases the edges where they like to hook and balances the pop and directional stability of camber with a looser, less-catchy feel.

• Sintered 9900 Base
  Made from Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and Carbon. This ultra-fast base is easy to repair thanks to the UHMW-PE.

• Basalt Power stringers
  Sustainable strength. Basalt stringers are made with 100% natural fibers and help transfer power to the edges, improve torsional response and absorb board chatter.

• Power Core
  Triple-density full wood core featuring hardwood bamboo stringers for added pop and durability plus paulownia for weight savings.

• All Jones boards are made with oversized recycled steel edges for added durability and improved production sustainability.

• Recycled ABS Sidewalls: ABS Plastic is one of the necessary evils of snowboard production. We improve the sustainability of our snowboards by using only recycled plastic.

• All Jones Snowboards are factory de-tuned at the tip and tail so you can go right from the shop to the mountain.

• Forever Flex is a new manufacturing process that helps stabilise the flex and rocker of a board for its lifetime.

• Textured Eco-plastic topsheet: Bio-plastic topsheet made from Castor beans featuring a subtle texture for added durability. This eco-material is ultralight, chip/scratch resistant and water/snow repellent (snow sticks less to topsheet).
